I’m proud to say that the first record I ever bought was “Cum on feel the noize” by Slade in 7” single format. As an ardent music fan I grew up listening to Bill Haley, Simon and Garfunkel, Howling Wolf, Muddy Waters, Sonnyboy Williamson, John Lee Hooker, Mississippi John Hurt, Rev Gary Davis, Otis Spann, Lightnin’ Hopkins, Slade, Meatloaf, Madness, The Specials, The Clash, Devo, The Rezillos, both Elvis’s (Presley and Costello), Wreckless Eric and numerous dodgy Punk bands from the late 70’s.
